Terms of Service

1. Services Provided: Coastal Home Care provides in-home assistance including but not limited to: home-cooked meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, prescription pickup, daily check-ins, and concierge services as outlined in the selected care plan.

2. Service Schedule: Services are provided according to the selected plan frequency. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms: Payment is due weekly, in advance. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic transfer. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on services rendered.

5. Liability: Coastal Home Care carries liability insurance. However, the client agrees that Coastal Home Care is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, accidents, or incidents beyond reasonable control.

6. Confidentiality: All personal information and health details shared will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing care services.

7. Modifications: This agreement may be modified with mutual written consent. Additional services beyond the selected plan will be billed separately at agreed-upon rates.
